Morning everyone. Hope you and your loved ones are staying safe and well and that you are looking after each other during these difficult times. There seems to be lots of different advice everywhere about the possibility of schools re-opening and it is confusing for us all. Please be assured that as soon as we know anything we will communicate with you via text or social media as soon as possible. However, please be aware that the first time we hear of things is normally the same time as you on the daily briefings on the news! Please be assured that the health, safety and welfare of our children, parents/carers and staff remains our ultimate priority at all times and we will be guided by Government advice on any return strategy. We hope that you have all managed to access the learning on-line or if not by collecting hard packs from the School Office. PLEASE do not hesitate to contact your teachers via the class emails if there is anything you are unsure of or you need help with. If you need to speak to Miss Paskin at all, then please do not hesitate to call school and we can get a message to her to contact you directly. Our school phones are manned from 8:30am until 3:30pm by school staff every day, so please call us if you need anything at all- including help with the vouchers! As the lockdown continues, we hope that you are finding the work helpful, but please do not stress about it- WE ARE HERE TO HELP if you need us, even if you just need to chat. We love talking to our parents as we miss you all, so don’t think you are a burden. All class teachers will be calling their classes over the next week so please can you answer your phones as we miss you all and are looking forward to speaking to you and your children. Friday 8th May is VE day and therefore a Bank Holiday and we will be closed on this day. With regards to May half-term holiday, we are currently unsure what is happening, so please bear with us whilst we await further guidance from the government. Again, we will keep you updated as soon as any information emerges. In the meantime, please take care and we look forward to seeing you all again soon- in whatever way that looks.
