At Loxdale Primary School we offer a range of after school activities for children to attend. To put your child's name down for a club in Autumn Term 2024, please complete the survey by following the link below.
There are usually 20 places for each club and names are drawn from a hat to decide who is allocated a space so there is no need to rush to complete the form before others.​

Certain clubs are operating on an ‘Invite Only’ basis, in which case, parents/carers of the invited children will be or may have already been contacted directly. These clubs will be listed on the schedule but not available to select on the survey.​
