Black History Day – Friday 9th October As a reminder, this Friday is Black History Day in school! All children are invited to come to school in their own clothes on Friday. This year's theme is 'Black British People Who Changed Britain'. Children will enjoy a range of activities and each year group will learn about an influential Black British figure. Dear Parents/Carers, This morning we carried out a planned Lockdown Drill as part of our regular health, safety and safeguarding procedures. We are pleased to say that all of the children were absolutely brilliant. They listened carefully to instructions, remained calm and followed our procedures exceptionally well.
