This week in PSHE, our Year 1 Ash learners have been exploring ways to look after their minds and bodies! 🧠💪

✅ Why sleep is so important for feeling happy and healthy

✅ How to calm ourselves when we feel worried

✅ Simple muscle relaxation techniques

✅ The amazing benefits of laughter for our wellbeing


We’ve had lots of fun practising these skills together – and there were plenty of giggles along the way! 😄
