Our Year 5 historians have been hard at work this week investigating Viking trading routes - exploring what goods were traded and the impact this had on communities. Using maps, they traced the key trading routes and identified the items exchanged across regions.
To conclude their enquiry, pupils used evidence to answer the question:
“What was the significance of trading upon the Viking community?”
They have truly impressed us with their historical thinking and analytical writing skills! 👏
